Consultant and Technical Expert to an unexploded ordinance disposition company for the successful implementation of an enterprise software solution that integrates planning and scheduling, cost engineering, cost accruals, cost estimating, and risk management into a Earned Value Management System (EVMS).  The solution, built on a framework of Primavera Project Manager 5.0, myPrimavera, Success Estimating, Deltek accounting with a middleware Microsoft Access database, handles current revenue through put volume of $186 million. Implementation included executive and project manager training and mentoring to effectively plan and manage their projects.

Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC

Consultant and Technical Expert to Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC providing planning, scheduling services, and Earned Value Managment Systems (EVMS) to support the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility Project (MOX Project).  This $4 billion project for the U.S. Department of Energy will be used to convert legacy weapons grade plutonium to commercial nuclear fuel.  The Earned Value Managment Systems utilize Primavera for licensing, all engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, startup, and operations.

 

National Electric Utility

Consultant and Technical Expert to Utility providing project controls services for next generation nuclear power generation facilities, advanced fossil fuel technologies, and major modifications to existing nuclear power facilities. The range of services provided includes supporting strategic planning needs of executives to the daily tactical coordination of subcontractors on major projects.  Earned Value Management techniques are being implemented on utility projects to ensure that proper progress and productivity are being measured.

 

British Nuclear Fuels Limited, Inc (BNFL)

Consultant and Technical Expert to BNFL for analyzing the “as-planned and as-built schedules” on various change order and request for adjustment matters.  This work was related to BNFL’s several hundred million dollar prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy for fixed price decontamination, decommissioning, and recycling services for three Gaseous Diffusion Plant buildings (K-29, K-31, and K-33) in the East Tennessee Technology Park (formerly the K-25 Site).
